The food is always fresh and I have never gotten raw chicken, however the staff is really young and laking customer service skills. Not rude by any means but no smiles no thank yous and very short and dry. I always place my order via the app but end up waiting 20-25 mins for my order since its the spicy chicken but it ends up being worth the wait. Girl that takes the orders with super rude. Also very rude at the window. she is a skinny girl with black hair.Terrible customer service skills. I haven't been back here since the last time(about 8 months ago) and gave it another shot.But customer service still sucks. I guess i'm not coming back
