This place is usually so good my new favorite place. But I ordered online for the first time and my sandwich was cold like it was old and had been in the refrigerator. I didn’t even wait that long I picked it up right at the pick up time and was confused. Everything else was good and the right temperature. Idk why the sandwich was so cold. I mean I did eat it because I didn’t want to waste my money and food because I was starving it would have been better fresh though.The person at the window seemed friendly and nice.

So I pulled up to place an order for chicken and I was informed that there was a 10-minute wait and I said well that's okay that I'll go ahead and still order the chicken I gave them my order and I had zero response back next thing I know I could hear them goofing off talking loudly and cussing I kept telling him I could hear them on the speaker but they wouldn't respond until finally somebody said oh how can I help you I just asked if somebody was at the window I pulled forward and I told him exactly what I heard and how inappropriate it was and that I wasn't ordering anymore and I drove off. I can get chicken elsewhere and will from now on.
No menu to look at. Chicken seemed old. Overpriced. Never coming back to any Church's location. Better choices elsewhere.

Despite the riff raff AROUND this place I've got to say this is one of the best Church's in town, if not THE BEST!!!! The food is always cooked amazing...the chicken is soooo crispy!!! The Manager here is especially nice and all his team members have been super nice also!!!! He even gave me extra frosting on my pie when I asked, no attitude or pushback like so many other places...offered us plates and all the extras. I live in Los Lunas but work near by....I still pick up from here and take my food all the way home!!!! Thank you for excellent CUSTOMER service and damn good food too!!!!

This place has a bunch of young a** adults running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but they were super friendly, and not one had a bad attitude! They were swamped, pumping out fresh chicken, and they were all talking to each other, trying to figure out how to get the rush orders through efficiently. The chicken was great, and the service was even better! I really loved seeing all these young people trying to figure out how to do their jobs efficiently. Observations like that are refreshing, and it made me feel even better once I tasted the ? ? ?. Great product, Great Service!!
Drive through, but we seldom eat here. Just about everything is fried. When we decide on a fast and easy lunch or dinner, we'll run here. Food is good, sparingly.
