Stopped by Cinnabon recently. The cinnamon roll was okay but seemed a bit undercooked in the center, which was disappointing. The staff were decent—polite and efficient—but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience; not bad, but not particularly memorable either

I love cinnabon! My last visit I was disappointed because my classic bun was raw. Reached out to their manager and she was sure to make it right. Very sweet, kind and understanding. Its hard to find management like this and I am definitely going to be a returning customer!

Excellent customer service and yummy warm snacks. Oh their drinks are super tasty too. I like the raspberry lemonade and the oreos and cream chillata. I recommend the bon bites with caramel and pecans.
