Then she walks to the back and I just left because I was waiting for quite some time. I’m not saying like 5 minutes either! This place has a weird stench to it too. I work at an ice cream shop. Customers always come first.

I went here on 26 Mar late evening with my wife to get some icecream. The icecream was good however about an hour after I got home, I got a bunch of fraudulent charges from a few random places on the card I used. I haven't used that card for over a week until then. I can't prove if something funny happened with making my payment here, I would suggest everyone else to pay attention when using these card machine payments because I didn't this time.

Worker (Saturday night, 1030pm) had a horrible attitude and made the visit unpleasant. Unprofessional with customers, and we were told that she couldn't make a milkshake because it would make an "extra dirty dish to clean and there was a problem with the water bill."

Was treated very rudely, left there with my ice cream melted , I was all sticky trying to clean up all the melted ice cream , employees did not know how to use a gift card took them about 15 min to figure it out , and I asked if I could get my ice cream replaced and the so called manager said NO WE CANNOT DO THAT .left very upset , please train your employees about customer service and how to use gift cards. $24 wasted on soft ,runny ,sticky ice cream, just threw it away after it got all over my hands , clothes, and car interior.

We came in to buy ice cream for 5 individuals, and after decided to buy ice cream cookies to go. We were having a generally good time, but as we were leaving, the container of ice cream sandwiches was accidently dropped, popped open and spilled out all over the floor. We went back to see if they would replace our $12 cookie sandwiches. The manager Adriana told me, “Um, I don't think we can just give you new ones.” Then instead of offering any kind of help, I had to prod her to call the general manager to see if she could give us new ones. Then she told me that the general manager said he would “call her back.” So after 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to purchase a new ones and leave. This is some really unfortunate customer service. Guess I won't be going back to Cold Stone.
