Manager was extremely rude! Wouldnt hand me napkins when the dispenser was empty. Told me to force my way back through the line past people to the only other dispenser. Will never come back to this location.

The guy who was serving just now was extremely rude. I tried ordering banana caramel crunch and he said there was no bananas. So then I tried ordering sweet cream with butterfingers. He said we dont have butterfingers. I said oh so your out of that also? He said what are you talking about.. in the history of cold stone we never had butterfingers. I said what are you talking about, my wife and I just had it in san diego couple months ago and also had it in Maryland not too long ago. He said well New Mexico Cold Stone never carried butterfingers Ever. So because of his attitude towards customers, my family and my friends will never come back to this location ever again.I come here once a week and I came here 2 days ago too. But never again. Customer service is horrible. Or maybe he is just racist.

Ice cream seemed too soft, like it wasn't held at the right temperature. Bathroom was filthy, even though the sign on the door said it was deep cleaned 30 minutes prior. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks, I'm sure the sign had not been updated in just a long... no date was written on the sheet. The whole place looked like it had not been cleaned or maintained in a while. Tables were sticky, serving areas had crumbs and melted ice cream all over, floors felt sticky, etc. Because of this, I won't be back. If the public facing areas were this unclean, I can only imagine what the areas that we don't see look like.

I walked in with my husband today for ice cream and this location smells absolutely horrible and the person behind the counter was wearing a hat but his hair was past his ears / unruly and had a crazy amount of facial hair with no hair net.We couldn’t get past the awful smell and left. It smells like spoiled milk and vomit.. absolutely disgusting.

So…. I came here about two months ago and my ice cream seemed like it had melted, and was refrozen. It tasted odd so I threw it away. I came in today and oof! It smells like spoiled milk and vomit. The border on the ice cream fridge is laying on the floor and you can see rotten material. Somebody really needs to fix this issue.

The place was very busy, one girl was left to tend to everyone, the shift lead came out looked at the line and walked back in the back, i simply needed to pick up a prepaid cake. The shift lead walks back out and says to the customers “sorry still in vacation mode” then finally proceeds to help the girl. i waited for half an hour for something prepaid because of poor service and lack of team work, i heard the girl call the shift lead adrianna

Horrible experience and embarrassing moments at this location. I didn't know that trying to pay with cash was going to be a problem.They make you feel guilty then she said that she would get fired if she takes my money. They treat you like a 2nd class citizen if you try to pay with cash here.

Inconsistent. 50/50 chance the ice cream will be melted because they can't fix their freezers. This has been going on for years. $20 for 2 people and you have to take it home and freeze it for an hour. It's quite frankly disgusting because it's gooey when it hits a certain temperature. Im still giving 3 stars reluctantly because SOMETIMES the ice cream is cold and when it is, it's good. Fix your freezers. I'll be going to BR and Menchies in the meantime! Beware of the gooey mess!!!
