So…. I came here about two months ago and my ice cream seemed like it had melted, and was refrozen. It tasted odd so I threw it away. I came in today and oof! It smells like spoiled milk and vomit. The border on the ice cream fridge is laying on the floor and you can see rotten material. Somebody really needs to fix this issue.
The place was very busy, one girl was left to tend to everyone, the shift lead came out looked at the line and walked back in the back, i simply needed to pick up a prepaid cake. The shift lead walks back out and says to the customers “sorry still in vacation mode” then finally proceeds to help the girl. i waited for half an hour for something prepaid because of poor service and lack of team work, i heard the girl call the shift lead adrianna
