The absolute BEST dessert I’ve ever had in my life! First, they were all so beautifully designed it was hard to pick just one! Second, the owners were so incredibly kind and told us in detail how the desserts were made. They have so much pride in their work and it’s wonderfully artistic!! Third, I went with the filled Cronut, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it all weekend!! Loved it so much I went back two days later for another one! Excellent job!!!

Some of the best I’ve ever had the breakfast sandwiches will change your life. And the service is just as amazing as all the items that they’re selling. Crème de la Crème is by far the most exceptional pastry shop you can find in Albuquerque. The time and techniques used are beyond imagination and always produce just beautiful crafted creations. Each one showing love and gratitude in every aspect, from the presentation to how delicious they taste.
I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and have never been disappointed. I heard they took special requests for full cakes after trying their small versions, which I was in love with.
I had placed a special order for a celebration we were having and left the entire cremation up to the lovely owners, Armani and Bella (if you haven’t met them yet, you should. They’re wonderful people all the way around). I only ask for it to have some type of citrus involved. The day it was scheduled to be picked up, I was blown away. It was a beautiful crafted lemon cake, the was even shaped like a lemon! It was beyond stunning and tasted phenomenal. They even followed up to ensure it was what I had thought of.
You can never go wrong with any of their pastries. I can never rave enough about how wonderful they are and I recommend them to EVERY one I meet. Not only are the owners genuinely grateful for you even stopping by but they care about what they provide to their customers. From high quality ingredients to presentation and even the boxes they’re sent home in!
If you haven’t gone, take this as a sign that you need to go. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

The pastries are beautiful and delicious, a treat for the eyes and taste buds. The egg and cheese breakfast croissant is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. The pastry chef and everyone who works there are so sweet and really add to the wonderful experience.

I absolutely cannot believe this place inside the steel mill market area. I mean, I have had some amazing desserts and we really thought it would be kind've basic. However, this stuff is absolutely amazing. Ricardo was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything from the presentations, to the taste of the food. You really could just pick something blindly and be amazed at the taste and depth of the food.
We had the two amazing desserts, you can eat the flowers. I highly recommend coming here, we've attached some photos of what we had. Hands down some amazing food here. Just as a heads up, you will spend some money on desserts, but it is worth it for a treat.

I googled dessert in ABQ and up popped this place. The reviews were outstanding and I was intrigued. The chef did an amazing job of explaining the processes, the ingredients and the flavors, which it makes it even harder to decide which delightful creation to try. Trust me when I say, you cant go wrong here. Paired with an Americano coffee from the neighboring booth and my day has now improved 10000% 👌

I decided to go here to get a birthday treat, and WOW, if you want to treat your loved ones or yourself, this place is something extra special. It is equal parts dessert, a luxury experience, and edible artwork.
I couldn’t choose just one, and the price is a bit steep: I paid $45 for two pastries. Was it worth it? Oh, yeah.
First, they were rich, so I nursed leftovers for three days. The glaze used on the tart kept the berries fresh—which were premium, plump, juicy firework explosions of flavor on the tongue.
Secondly, talk about visual ASMR. You almost start to grieve to eat them. The presentation with the gold edible metallic dust looks like WEALTH. You are momentary ROYALTY.
You are also desecrating art, so get your camera out to preserve the experience and memory of it.
I got the blueberry lavender cannoli and a vanilla tart with figs, blueberries, and blackberries. I’m finishing the last bites now, and I’m in heaven. It’s that experience when you eat something truly new, unique, and memorable.
The man who helped me choose was enthusiastic and helpful too.
It comes in a nice, reusable bag. You can even eat the flowers. 🌺
