The other day my daughter accidentally ordered the wrong pasta and when I explained it to the server she was kind of enough to have them make her the correct one and she absolutely loved it.
Everytime i'm in town I have to order the Green chili chicken cream and it never disappoints. Great food and service will continue to come back anytime im im town!
My favorite bite at Sawmill Market was the green chile chicken pasta from Tulipani! The pecorino sauce complemented the green chile perfectly and was creamy without feeling too rich. The garnish of cheese on top was very generous and the pumpkin-shaped zucca pasta soaked up the sauce well. When I visit Albuquerque next time, I will be eating this meal again!
