“My favorite bite at Sawmill Market was the green chile chicken pasta from Tulipani! The pecorino sauce complemented the green chile perfectly and was creamy without feeling too rich. The garnish of cheese on top was very generous and the pumpkin-shaped zucca pasta soaked up the sauce well. When I visit Albuquerque next time, I will be eating this meal again!“
