A beautiful floral work of art and delicious is an understatement. I would travel back to Albuquerque just for this. Amazing pastry chefs as well. Kind, friendly, helpful and samples offered. They made my trip to The Sawmill and to Albuquerque all the better ❤️??

Absolutely fantastic. The food utterly amazing.We had the creme brulee croissant, the filling was rich and creamy, never had something quite like it. They were putting the finishing touches on another desert they were testing out with lemon and basil. I grabbed that one and took it home and man I man was it wonderful. You can tell they are very passionate about not only the way it presented but the way it tastes.10/10

They are so accommodating I was able to order a strawberry cake that wasn't on the menu. The amaretto cannolis and creme brulee is the best desert I've EVER had. I'm addicted to those cannolis! I LOVE this place!

I was extremely excited to try one of their top tier desserts but was a little let down. First of all let me say that their ambience is GOLDEN, service is GREAT, selection is AMAZING with your mouth left drooling over every dessert visible, but found the flavors in my vanilla infinity mousse to be lacking. Maybe I received an off mousse that day because it did not taste that great and it was hard to believe since this place is so highly recommended. Plus I always grade the presentation when trying an upscale place and the top coating on the mousse was cracking. Let’s just say my OCD was going crazy when taking the picture… plus I was thinking to myself was I not good enough to receive a non-cracked slice. :-( Just my input though.

These pastries look so absolutely beautiful, but they taste horrible. Also super overpriced. I paid $66 for four pastries. It would’ve been fine if they tasted good but they simply did not.Update, received a correspondence from the owner, she basically told me that I couldn’t afford to enjoy her pastries, guilt free. It was the most offensive interaction I’ve ever had with a business owner.
