I absolutely love Cuco’s, not only do they have the freshest, most authentic cooked food the mall has, they have the most incredible, kindest, hardworking staff. These guys have the best breakfast burritos (id even say better than Blake’s, and their hard to beat!) they have amazing tacos, always have fresh meat, (carnitas, asada, barbacoa) and deliciously made horchata! If I could give these guys 10 stars I would.
It was a tasty mexican food place. But portions are definately on the small side. I think the portions do not match the price. Overly priced for such a small portion. I had ordered the beef flautas. So sooo tiny. Hardly any meat in them. So I was still hungry. I tried there barbocoa street tacos. Much much better. It was moist, tender and delicious. Portion was much better than the flautas.

Whenever I am in Rio Rancho, stopping at Cuco's Kitchen is a must! No matter what you order their food is delicious. I always order their horchata. It is the best I've ever tasted.
