This dairy queen location is always fast and convenient. I ordered a cake last minute for a birthday and was able to pick it up the same day. It was delicious and I was happy with how it looked!
Excellent service and food

We love ordering ice cream cakes from this DQ location! They are delicious and their cake decorator has made beautiful cakes for us on multiple occasions. Our kids have asked for some very difficult decorations, including a capybara and a Millenium Falcon, and she has nailed it every time!

Hard to get into shopping center, but a clean place and service was fast. People were working on the order while finishing paying. Combined with an Orange Julius.

Food is delicious, service is fantastic. (Sometimes it's the owner serving you, top notch service. ) Super clean, nice variety of treats for a stop away from the world when needed.

There was a young man who helped me last Sunday at the front counter. He had the best customer service I’ve received anywhere in a while! Give this guy a raise, that is hard to find these days especially in someone so young. Well done!
This is a nice Dairy Queen in town with all of your ice cream options but excluding most of the tradition hot meals that a typical DQ offers. Overall is clean and tidy on the inside. Tables are kept clean in between customers. Service is speedy.
Do the managers not teach their teen employees about basic customer service? I walk in and a kid comes around the corner (AirPod in ear), barely making eye contact and gives an almost inaudible muttering of “what can I get for you?”. I place my order- the kid still has yet to keep eye contact- and once again I get an almost inaudible communication about the total of my order.Throughout placing my order, I wasn’t asked if there was anything else he could add to my order, didn’t receive eye contact, a raise in voice for audibility or in tone for a pleasant customer service experience, not a single smile or pleasantry. In fact, though there was not a single person in the store, I felt like me walking in was annoying.I’m in my twenties and manage myself. If this was my store and my staff, I would be appalled. Simple customer service would have been bare minimum for a teen employee. I understand that most teens have lost the discipline to do anything more than what earns them a check but it’s up to management to coach their employees to be able to execute good customer service.Date of interaction was 3/9/24 around 6:15pm
