Awkward customer service .. no greeting when entering the building, staff wasn’t attentive at all and had earphones while taking orders so she made me repeat myself multiple times when she should’ve just not had them in and didn’t smile or say thank you once. Dessert was fine, experience was disappointing.

I used to specifically come to this location because they had great Blizzards. I got a blizzard today-not good. First of all the 3 girls working there were very rude. They barely put any candy in my blizzard and they were too busy making mini dipped cones for themselves. I won’t go to this location anymore.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a strawberry banana orange Julius, they made it and it looked different than usual. Asked them to confirm that it was infact a strawberry banana orange Julius to which they replied yes, then they proceeded to laugh at us and talk very loudly about how we were stupid on our way out. Best part is it that it wasn't even a strawberry banana orange Julius. It was just a normal orange Julius. Sorry that I wanted to get what I paid for.

Staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Service was fast.
Have been here in the past when they were out of quite a few menu items, but most recently they were fully stocked.
Bought a box of Dilly bars and asked for a cup of water. I was charged $2.50 for a cup of water (from the tap) in the middle of the summer… that is criminal.
I came in with mom and sister, and my sister Ordered a Mini a silk pie. She expected to it to have whipped cream as it appears in marketing. When she didn't get it she didn't want to complain in the store. I however 20 minutes later haven't heard the end it. Just want to get the feedback to get to the correct people, and not just my mother and myself 😐
Unfortunately all they had available to eat was hot dogs.
Staff was friendly and service was quick. Very clean as well.
