My Blizzard was great. But, I really wanted was a Belt-Buster or a Hunger-Buster meal. When I eat sweets, I have to have salty food. Happy and disappointed simultaneously. My cousin bought potatoes at the next kiosk. So, I survived.

I ordered a mini chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. What I got was chocolate ice cream and two bits of cookie dough. I went back to the cashier and asked if they could put more cookie dough in. Their response was that it would cost 78 cents for extra cookie dough. Extra cookie dough? I just wanted cookie dough in the first place. I said that to the woman and she proceeded to tell me that they have “very specific recipes†and that the mini gets one scoop of cookie dough, so my blizzard had one scoop. I showed her my blizzard and asked “Where?†And she again said that extra cookie dough would be 78 cents. Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

The staff were rude and they are always out of everything.

Visited this location a couple days ago and had a lukewarm experience. When I walked up the cashier was counting a drop. She was the only person there so I stood back a few feet and waited for her to finish. She never stopped counting or acknowledged my presence. After a few moments I said "excuse me, are you closed?" It was a only 30 mins till the mall closed entirely so I thought it might be possible and also might be why I was being ignored. The lady kinda sighed and said, "nope" and continued to count money. I waited. Finally after she had made her drop she looked up at me and just stood there. I took that as my time to order and I did so quickly. She never told me my total I got it from the register and never said one word the entire time I paid or she served me my blizzard. I said thanks as she handed it to me and she kinda grunted in response. The place was clean and the blizzard was good and well made. But the service needs improvement. I felt like I was bothering her when I visited this business.
