I don’t usually leave reviews, but the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. Food was good, second beers just arrived—then a ¼-inch splinter from the cheap wood underside of the bar stabbed straight under my thumbnail. Blood pooled instantly; I was in tears. The bartender was genuinely sweet and tried to help. But the female manager shut it down: “In all my years I’ve never dealt with a splinter.” She offered a BAND-AID for a visibly bleeding, embedded splinter. No tweezers, no first-aid kit, no apology. When I asked if they’d comp anything for an injury caused by their furniture, she snapped: “I’m not comping anything for a SPLINTER.” Then whispered to the bartender and walked away. We left immediately—beers still full,no tip (not the bartender’s fault, but the manager’s hostility made it impossible to stay). Removed the splinter at home with sterilized tools. Bottom line: • Hazardous bar - apparently they’re adding lights under the bar • Manager rude & hostile • Bartender kind, but powerless Avoid if you expect basic safety or respect.

I had the avocado toast with eggs, sunny side up. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of it for this review, but it was beautiful presentation and even better tasting. JON was my server and he was super attentive and friendly. You’ve gotta try this place.

Had the New Orleans style shrimp. It was tasteless. Very disappointing!

The service was OK but the food was terrible. It's pretty hard to screw up a salad but the chicken was so dry it looked like it was freezer burned. I will not go again.

9/29/25 - my first time here. 5 of us ate lunch today. We were disappointed. 2 had the Quiche Lorraine - both were rubbery and definitely overcooked. I had the Ribeye Pourtaine (I ordered it rare-med rare, instructing that it not be overcooked), it was well-done (way overcooked). 2 others had the Hawaiian Burger - 1 was done correctly, the other was cooked to death and dry. None of our food was served hot. It was all on the cool side of room temp (i.e., stone cold).

I have a biz lunch here on Wednesday, I hope it goes better. 🤦🏻

Tiana served my party of six very well on a Sunday after church. We had a 20 min wait estimate but were seated within that time frame. Food was served up fast & was super delicious ( had the salmon dinner). Tiana brought extra bbq, napkins & several other items while keeping our drink glasses.
