Gor takeout lat night, the food was overcooked and burnt. The service was great. I recommend not getting take out after 10pm. Food will not come out right. This had happened to me more than 4 times. Now I've learned not to go so late

It was some of the worst service that we ever had I have been working in the restaurant business for over a decade and this is one of the worst places I've been to I would not come back to this place.

Perpetually closed due to short staff. Called about when they were closing and they said 1:30 and when I came at 12:09 they were closed.

Rude, scraggly worker yells as my family and I pull into the parking lot that she would not allow us to take up "so many spaces". The empty parking spaces. 2 cars one with a hitch trailer. We just wanted breakfast. Don't eat here they might spit in your food. God bless.
It was run by Native American Navajo Indians that only wanted to Serve American Indians he skipped over me in my table twice when I asked to see the manager the manager come out and was very rude and disrespectful.

I feel bad for the workers here. The manager I assume was being extremely rude and yelling at all of them in front of the whole restaurant. They looked so unhappy and overwhelmed. I wish them well and hope for a more positive work environment. Otherwise service was amazing. One bad apple ruining it all unfortunately.

Wheelchair accessibility: Called in my order so I can avoid unloading and loading myself and my wheelchair. Lady who obviously hates Life says she'll bring it right out and 40 minutes later I finally assembled my wheelchair and went in to get my food. Although exceedingly tasty chicken fried steak. Hostess was just not enough to want to come back

I wouldn't even give a star if it wasn't required. The waitress was so all over the place took over an hour and half to get our food and then it was wrong. Her and the cook were flirting on the server station while our food was supposed to be cooking. Then afterwards they were talking about us because I finally confronted her after six things were wrong with our. Initially I ordered my children's food first and it came out after the appetizer, We got the appetizer twice because they clearly were not paying attention to what they were sending, The pancakes do not have chocolate chips inside. They had them outside, The hash browns are raw, there was no bourbon sauce for the Bourbon chicken skillet, We were never given silverware, And we waited 15 minutes to be seated. The night stuff that they have is a joke by far.

The food order was incorrect, and some of it had to be remade. They were out of salsa verde had to be substituted.
And I am sure that AFD would have a field day with the middle row of tables. There was little room for my mom's wheelchair to maneuver around without playing bumper cars. They stuck us in the far corner of the restaurant. It was convenient at all. Plus, Dennys is allowing the food delivery people to park in handicapp parking where we needed to park. Had to wait for the driver to move in oder to use the ramp. Parking in a non- handicapp vehicle in a handicapp spot is a ticketed offensive; regardless of how short of time it is. I explained this to the cashier, and I got it's a small restaurant, and we need the tables in middle for our guests . So, what are we? This restaurant does not care about customer service, just the bottom dollar regardless of others.
Won't go back. Plus, Dennys closed the edgewood location, leaving with very few options . To be honest, it's not worth eating out anywhere the service, the food, quality, and atmosphere are in the toliet.$60 for breakfast is outageous

So I had ordered a burger and fries from them a while back. I called the corporate and after a little while I decided to go get my free burger that they had offered me. I went and picked it up and my expectations were(maybe a little high). I opened it up and was so disappointed that I won't be going back. Please don't call me either. It had double meat, chz, onion, all the things I didn't want on my burger. I did receive a call from Heather asking about my experience. Just a little too late, you were so close.

Pretty sure this Dennys HATES people. I’ve ordered twice from here. First time, I got breakfast. Just an over hard egg, pancakes and bacon. I go to pick it up, the food is ice cold. This time, I door dashed dinner. Just some chicken tenders, a pumpkin pie for dessert and a rootbeer. Couldn’t drink the rootbeer due to not having a straw and I’m not putting my lips on the filthy rim of the cup, chicken tenders were lukewarm, I didn’t even get my pumpkin pie…… like………..ok????? Fool me once fool me twice, a third time is a sign. Never ordering from here again…………..
