Been coming to Dion's since I was a kid but do not come to this one. You put an order in. They lose the order and you're waiting 45 minutes and instead of rectifying it they asked if we just wanted a refund. With no food, Dion's lost its way?

What a disappointing experience. Ordered two subs. Told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. 20 minutes past.. so I went and stood my pick up and checked what was going on. Turns out well they said their system didn’t register that subs were paid for. However, same guy that took our order and payment was making the subs. Subs were just sitting there for over 20 min. There was a bunch of flies all over the restaurant. I think they forgot about the order. Got a refund. Pretty disappointed

If you want Pizza be prepared to have all the cheese and toppings fall right off leaving you a tomato crust pizza. Quality is absolutely horrible now. My last 3 orders have all been consistently bad where the toppings fall off. Sad to see this place lose their quality. This place is no longer worth going to anymore as they're better pizza places in town.

Coors and Central Dions is BS I ordered an hour ago get here at the time and they have me pull forward for another 30 min a guy came he got his 4 pizzas mind you I ordered one pizza then another car. I don't think they had staret d making it. My car is over heating because they've had me sitting here. Now there's 5 cars sitting in behind me if another person gets their food before me I'm gonna lose it. I'm angry right niw

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. After thirty minutes awaiting, we went up and got refills and asked where our sandwiches were they said they were being made....... went back up about 15 minutes later. And that's where our sandwiches were, because people we're coming in already had their food, we'll ordered basically the same thing as we ordered. This lady who refilled my refill. It went in the back and saw that the cook had set them on top of the stove oven or whatever you want to call it.And basically forgot about us😔. She made him take the lettuce off the top and put new lettuce on it. The bread was really dried up. But they gave us brownies😆. First time been to this door the first time it took over an hour to get a chicken sub
