Service was terrible took over 45 mins for a simple half chef salad and then when I got my food it was messed up and was just a waste of time overall was have rather gotten sagios or some else y’all need to do better

We often order pick up at this location but we dined in on Valentine’s this year. They were slammed, they misplaced our order so after waiting some time (giving grace because we saw how busy they were), my hubby went to the counter to ask about our order. They apologized and made our order immediately and were at our table with it in less than 5 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant visit. This team really pulled it together for their customers on what seemed like one of their busiest nights of the year.

DIONS is a New Mexico staple, but in recent years the quality has gone down hill. I can not remember a time recently where I order a pizza and it was even cut properly. I go to grab a slice it tears in weird spots because they couldn't be bothered to ensure it was actually cut right. This is crazy such a simple thing can really ruin the experience of eating this pizza. Just please do better DIONS

I've been to a lot of Dions locations over the years and I would have to say every time I come back to this one , it is more tasty than any other location. I don't know if it's their ovens or what, but but one thing I could tell you is that every time I get a green chili pepperoni Pizza, it is absolutely loaded. I've been to other locations and a lot of The Times it's kind of skimpy. This location is never skimpy, and is always extra tasty. And the staff are always on point. In my opinion, I think this is the best Dion's location in Albuquerque.

I just had the worst pizza! I ordered the Tuscany and it was burnt to the point of being inedible. The sun dried tomatoes were so blackened, I thought they were black olives.

Staff were lovely; he even gave me an extra dressing because it had taken so long, which I hadn't noticed anyway. I had the Italian sub, which was excellent as always. I usually have it with the potato chips, but this time, I had the fruit cup. I was extremely pleased with it. The fruit was fresh and crisp and very flavorful. Those blueberries -- wow. And the pineapple... It was like Hawaii was next door to Willamette Valley. I gave a 4 star on Atmosphere because that place is extremely noisy and LOUD. And the dining room was not anywhere near half-full. The acoustics seem designed to magnify every sound. It's always like that, which is why I get the food to go and then enjoy it in the silence of my home. I have a Dion's sub or greek salad every time I go by there, which isn't that often, so it's always a treat. Their pizza is good, too. :-)
