I love this place. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere pleasant and it is most usually full of customers. The waitresses stay busy and do not purposely ignore new customers, they are most likely bogged down with keeping customers happy with delivering orders, refills of coffee, tea or water and a panoply of other duties that they perform. Very cool, vintage diner atmosphere, serving fantastic breakfasts. The fried potatoes were a welcome change from hashbrowns and potato cubes that many restaurants serve these days. The green and red chiles were flavorful and had the right amount of spice. I was particularly impressed that when my wife asked that they avoid using any dairy products when frying her eggs and potatoes, the potatoes clearly had been prepared differently than mine. Very clean resturant. Food is great best green chili i have ever had. The service is fast and complete. I go back as often as i can.

Loyola's is a local diner in Albuquerque with a clean, well lit setting and iconic dinner atmosphere. The food is consistently good, always hot and delicious, with no salt or pepper needed. The chicken enchiladas on special are excellent, and Tom's Special Burrito with a great combination of green sauce and red sauce is recommended. The staff is always so nice, friendly, and hospitable, providing fast service and accommodating dietary restrictions perfectly. The bathrooms are spotless. Customers often see the restaurant full, and the waitresses stay busy delivering orders and refills of coffee, tea, or water. Loyola's has been in existence for 30 years, and continues the quality service. The atmosphere is pleasant, with reasonable pricing.
