I came in after a long night with my dog not feeling well and then working all day the next day to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time and accidentally the girl that took my order hit the pick up for 8pm after telling me it would be ready at the certain time I waited the time my husband ran in to get the pizza and that’s when he was told we were an 8 pm pick up needless to say when he told me we had told me the situation I was furious so I went in myself and ask for the manager and Ilais the manager came up and explained things and I ended up being very rude to him due to being exhausted. When I was finished being rude Ilais was very professional and courteous and said I will take care of this, as he said he took care of me. I as well ended up 3 hrs later called and apologized for my rudeness because it sat heavy on me being rude and remember it’s best to treat people how you want to be treated and Ilais did just that.

Dion’s is hands down my favorite pizza spot in ABQ—it never disappoints! But today, after a long workday, I was especially impressed by the stellar customer service from Brianna at the Wyoming location. Her knowledge of the menu helped me choose the perfect meal without even glancing at it. She was pleasant, professional, and genuinely kind. Today was a total win for this pizza lover! 🍕

Horrible experience - we waited over an hour and everyone that ordered after us received their order. When we asked, we were told it wasn’t even in the oven yet. The manager, Emma was not at all helpful and almost rude. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I understand they are very busy but no one else had an issue getting their orders.

Recommended by the Uber driver and it did not disappoint. Pepperoni and green chili pizza was delicious. The tossed salad was fresh and the green chili ranch and regular ranch dressings were excellent. Service was so friendly and helpful with our menu questions. I highly recommend Dion's!
Maddie and Evan was a wonderful person and very effective and efficient and was able to understand me very well! Maddie should get kudos!

Brianna impressed me the moment we walked in the door with a wonderful greeting. I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone work so energetic and pleasantly. She was working so hard wiping tables and tidying the dining room that she was sweating! She went above and beyond serving our group of nine. She should be a manager!

Have been eating pizza here since I was 5 years old. A New mexico favorite! Get the green chile pepperoni pizza (with ranch) and a greek salad. Subs are also excellent. Can't go wrong overall. Dions for the win!
