Before wandering in, the only thing I knew about Tula's was that it was owned by the same owners of Dion's, which happens to be right next door. I wasn't really sure what menu was served, only that it wasn't pizza. First time visiting this magical upscale Dions. Menu was diverse and affordable. My favorite was the Tot and Fried chile appetizer. The tots were so crispy and airy, some of the best I've had of late. The chiles were panko breaded with cheddar inside, essentially a crisper and more delicious relleno.
