DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I ordered a pizza with no red sauce and bacon and jalapeños. Wait time was super long..cool I understand. Then I get a pizza with sauce, no cheese and green chile? Huh? I call and the manager apologizes and says she will fix it. I'm content. Another hour goes my with my lovely delivery driver Mason! So it took almost 2 hours to get the right pizza! And the manager decided to give ME attitude when I called to check on my "fix up" pizza! Horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
We made an order today and everything was wrong, there was no toppings on either the cinnamon bread twists, the parmensan bites or the BBQ wings. The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and it was only cheese and tasted terrible. We order from this location frequently and normally don't have issues. When we called to complain we were told nothing could be done and they could not replace the order even though they said it was due to their new person being on oven. We were delivered food that we could not eat and were offered no refund or replacement. A complete waste of money.

Idk who is at fault but it's ridiculous for the GM Issac Browning to email me I'm getting a free pizza and didn't... Then took my points away etc.... I normally order two to three times a week but I've had enough of the bs from here... I will be taking my business to Papa John's...
Ordered a double pepperoni pan, besides the pepperoni being completely messy and uneven (some slices had 4 pieces of pepperoni, some slices had 1), there certainly wasn't a double portion of pepperoni on the pie. The drivers service saved my rating of 3 stars otherwise it'd be much lower for the quality of the food.

I ain't gonna go into detail story is too long and I've been dealing with them for a few yrs but after I mean being charged 3 times and never getting my food and they gave no cares I was stranded and only way to feed a house full of kids ya long story short they gave no care what so every and did I get my money back no and next day I speak with manager in person she can't refund my money and says I can redo your order for you maybe and 30 minutes later I get a order nothing like what I ordered all cold like it was left over pizza they decided to give me instead of throw away none of my drinks nothing and this is on Montgomery one on Juan tabo

Ordered online and forgot to order a drink. So I called the store. Asked them to charge me for a sprite over the phone. And have the delivery guy bring it with the pizza. Guy on phone told me no - manager wouldn’t allow it. So I asked to speak to the manager. Waited on hold until they hung up on me. I called back 6 times to ask the manager why he couldn’t do this. No answer. Then I come here and see all these 1 star reviews. Seems like this store has some major issues. Wont be ordering from them again. Zero stars. Terrible rude service.

Ordered delivery. Pizza got there but we did not have our cheesy bread, and the pizza had green chile on it which we did not order. I tried to call them and could not get ahold of anyone. I drove to the dominos and they were rude from the moment I entered. They had an attitude and it was terrible service. I then had to wait for my food to be remade (understandable) but it took almost an hour. For one pizza and one cheesy bread. There was a line of people waiting to place orders while I was waiting for my food. The workers were trash talking customers while working. Would not recommend.
Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. When I got home, I discovered it didn't have any pepperoni and no one would eat it. I called and the manager said he would refund my money to my credit card. He never did. I took the entire pizza back in a box the next day. The girl said she wasn't authorized to refund my money. She took the box and pizza and threw them away.

So they don't get anything wrong and bring all the sauces, they got everything right at least. But even when it's not football season it takes more than 40 min for delivery... Just do pick up I guess?
*Edit after delivery** Or domino needs to hire more employees. Apparently they only had like bearly 3 ppl running the store and deliveries.... like smh. The employees are freaking awesome. And super nice. :)

Pizza is awesome... When you get it. I like to review all smaller businesses with a 5, but this one makes me sad. We waited over 2 hours to get our pizza. We ended up getting a lil ceaser's hotn ready instead.

Waited 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready just to get to the store and find out they had to remake it because they dropped the first one took another 30 minutes averaged an hour to get one pizza.
I don’t leave poor reviews lightly, but it’s important for others to be aware before wasting their time, money, and gas making multiple trips. This is the FIFTH order we have had significantly issues with.
1st- Female refused to cancel and refund my order after we waited over an hour and a half for it to be delivered, cursed me out and hung up on me. I went into the store and she refused to come out and her coworker refunded my money only then.
2nd- Ordered online for carry out , waited at the store over an hour and then was told they didn’t have our order but another store did, even after showing the confirmation. Went to the other store and they told us the first store had it. Went back again and still refused to make it. Lost that money, sent customer service numerous emails, no response.
3rd-Wrong order received, called and was told they can remake it but it would take over an hour. Did not go back since it was late at that time and kids couldn’t be awake another hour just to eat.
4th- wrong order received again. Spoke with the manager who said she gave us a credit and was pleasant for the first time.
4th- Tried to use the credit we received, no one could locate one, but gave a discount. Then sent the wrong order again lol.
5th- Today- wrong order received again, plus pan pizza was raw. Called multiple times with no answer. Drove back to the store again and pizza was remade with nothing except a “thanks.”
Contacting customer service is pointless. You can’t ever speak to an actual person. I fully understand mistakes happen but at least try to rectify them. If I could leave a zero i definitely would. And no customer service, I will not send you ANOTHER email to recommend how to receive 5 stars next time. You won’t read them anyway ?
