Very bad service, they need to start from scratch on the management. Very rude, had to get a refund for the order, and the even fought me on it. Also the last time I picked up, the management was cursing at employees in front of me and other customers. I use to order here every Friday, I will no longer go here. I hope that the owner of this Dominos comes and sees how bad it is over there.

Don't deserve a single star in the service. The woman with orange hair is quite despotish, arrogant and rude. she messes with her arrogance asking my name as if I didn't know what they asked me. She shouldn't work there. After I answered her in the same way she treated me, she began to throw the pizza dishes. Very bad service! She must be fired.

Called in an order for 8 pizzas for pick up. Woman on the phone tried to over charge me by $50. When I questioned she back tracked and said oh I forgot the coupon. Problem is this is the every day advertised price for pick up so that was very shady. Went to pick up my food asked for a couple plates. Remember I bought 8 pizzas and the woman at the counter was very rude and was like we don’t have plates. I said you don’t have a plates at a pizza place at 1230pm on Saturday ? She responded yea no waiting on a truck. Said ok can I get the extra sauces I paid for and they completely forgot to pull them or trying to pull more shady business.Long story short very poor customer service experience. Don’t waste your time or money there.

50% chance my order will be correct and delivered to the right address. Sometime my order would be missing my ranch cup or delivered to the wrong address. One time they gave me an order of pizza with nothing but the crust and BBQ sauce, no cheese and no toppings. The food is decent when my order is correct though.

When I seen the manager Bailey is making my order I got really excited. I thought it would be made right this time, nope! Close this time though. Nearly every time I order from this store there is something wrong. This time we are missing my beloved pineapple on half, and somehow *two* whole pieces of pasta made it into my pizza. The accidental pasta on the pizza was only kinda okay at least.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. LESLIE delivered my order to the wrong apartment and tried to lie to me and say that they delivered it to the right one. I was lucky enough to find it on the floor of a different apartment number! It was cold but it seemed like the manager JOCELYN could care less and added the comment of “good for you!” when I told her that I found it. My delivery driver LESLIE did call me at 9:13 pm to tell me that the app was going to tell me that my pizza was delivered at 9:12 PM but he was still on the way so I waited for about another 30 minutes until I called the store. JOCELYN the manager kept trying to tell me that the computer was telling them my order was already delivered even though I kept trying to explain that it was not, and that it was basically my fault for calling an hour later to try and solve the situation. LESLIE the delivery driver also wanted to lie and say he called me again as a “courtesy” call to let me know my pizza arrived but I never received another call from him! It was a very frustrating situation! Would not recommend this location!

Yesterday we came in and ate dinner in the lobby. While we were leaving, my nonverbal toddler was desperately waving goodbye. When I was verbalizing for him (bye bye! Ok, byeee), the entire staff happily turned, waved, and told him bye bye. It was just really kind and I really appreciated it.
Delivery driver left my food sitting on the ground amidst the bugs while benches and tables were nearby and free. When challenged on this all I got was “that’s our policy.” I am going to remember this the next time time it asks me to tip them. If I order from this place again,

Not often, do you see people leaving positive reviews? But the food was excellent, but what really did Made the meal was the professionalism of the driver. This guy jarred is hands down the epitome of the gold standard of what an employee should be ! ! ! ! Not only has He won awards for his professionalism. But he wears them proudly and he should ! ! ! Not only did I leave him a $100 tip. But I won't order from this store. Unless hes delivering it, you better hope he doesn't leave your store. Or you're gonna lose a customer? And to the female who delivered right after him. I got it all on video b!tch, you're going down. I've already contacted the corporate office and I've contacted legal. I might even take it to court. That's what happens when you mess with retired LAW ENFORCEMENT ! IF I FEEL ANY RETALIATION I WILL PROSECUTE ! THANK GOD FOR SECURITY CAMERAS
