Me and my family have been ordering from down and dirty for some years now.
I first want to start off with customer service over the phone was dishonest on the quantity and the amount that we were ordering!!!!!
Once I got to restaurant it took them over 5 minutes to greet me as a guest.... I wish I would have walked away once I seen the condition of the kitchen and how they prepare food
