The venue claims to be accommodating for ADA requirements. And while they may be, it truly is not accommodating. I contacted the venue months in advance to our concert to confirm the accommodations. I was told that we would be upstairs on the balcony, that this was the designated area for ADA. But upon arriving to the venue. We were advised otherwise. Found this place online as I was looking to watch the UFC ppv. Customer service was some of the best I had in all of my visit to Albuquerque. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Loved this place so much I came back the next day to watch some football and again, great service. Definitely recommend this place.
