Very slow drive-thru service. The line was long, but mainly because the service was moving at a crawl. The coffee itself was fine, which is the only reason this is a one-star experience. But when you’re grabbing a quick coffee, efficiency and basic courtesy make a big difference. Hopefully, management reviews the drive-thru service and works to improve the customer experience. Recommend driving the short distance to the Juan Tabo location.

This is literally the worst Dunkin in the entire state & it’s brand new? Crazy work. Service is extremely slow & the workers act like you’re inconveniencing them for showing up 2 hours before closing. Literally *sighing* as you’re ordering at the box. They lock the doors early with no notice & are ALWAYS out of something. Like, are you guys really out of it? Or do you just not wanna make it?

Dunkin is a hit and miss in all locations some days you'll have a good experience and some days you'll have a bad experience and wish you have gone somewhere else.

The coffee was good and they had the donuts we asked for. My husband's a Veteran he had no problem asking for a discount. Its convenient having Dunkin donuts across the street from our house on Garcia St.

Went on this morning 12/19 to get some donuts it was 820 a.m .. how can you not have donuts in the case, a new place and you are not prepared. I asked the clerk and she said they did not have any ready in the back neither...

I’ve been here a few times since they’ve opened and the service is always nice, but for a new place they are far too frequently out of items. They’ve been out of croissants multiple times, out of blueberry donuts, out of strawberry frosted donuts, and today out of the white chocolate flavoring for a latte.

Again, service is nice, but management and operations is very poor.

I understand this place is new yet they should be properly trained. Ive been going here since this location is 5min from my job. Yet My Coffees haven't been properly made i received a cold sandwich 😩 and asked for assorted munkins and got all wicked. I will keep driving out of my way to the Juan Tabo location for a while longer.
