We jumped on the Albuquerque Foodies bandwagon and tried Ming Dynasty. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious. Though they have a sign asking for patience for lack of staff, we were served quickly and our food came out much faster than expected. We enjoyed the pork and ginger dumplings as well as the stuffed shrimp on the sugar cane. We will be going back to try even more. A good place for a small bite or a large shareable meal.
Wonderful place to go for dim sum, especially lunch on the weekends. Lots of families talking and laughing and enjoying all the multiple small dishes. Great positive vibe. Picking what you want to try from the carts is half the fun. If you come during the week, you order from a more traditional menu. The food and service don't disappoint. For a distinctive dessert, try the sesame balls.
