The Churro donut is TRASH! Mine was cold and hard as a rock! Taste super old like it’s been sitting for days! The iced “Charlie” coffe is also trash compared to what it use to be! Do not order these items! Waste of $ and time

Me and my two coworkers went in while on shift (we are firefighters) and were met with some pretty rude employees. My coworker ordered a drink that she said was on the menu a month or two ago. After ordering the drinks and food, the employees had forgotten to make the food for my coworkers. Once food was received, my coworker mentioned the drink she ordered. She called it a "Frappuccino" and the employee laughed saying, "this isn't starbucks! She doesn't even know what she ordered!" She asked for the receipt, but my coworker was never given a receipt.Simply poor customer service. Probably will not be returning to this location.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes I didn't even get a response. I got down and there was just 2 workers .You definitely need to hire more employees it being a busy location.
