Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular coffee shop known for its excellent coffee and drinks. The employees are friendly, professional, and hardworking, providing wonderful customer service. Customers have praised the kindness of the staff, with one mentioning how their 9-year-old autistic son appreciated the staff's thoughtfulness. While some have noted a decline in coffee quality and issues with the Boba options, the standout feature of this place remains the courteous and positive staff. The shop offers great sugar-free options, and customers have consistently enjoyed the delicious drinks, including the standout strawberry orchata chai tea with sweet cream. Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee is a go-to spot for many seeking a pleasant and enjoyable coffee shop experience.
