“Incredibly fresh and great tasting seafood in a super clean setting with attentive staff. We had the Fish and Chips and a deep fried side of cauliflower. The Cod was fried in an amazing tempura batter and rivaled the best deep fried fish I have had in my 61 years on the planet. The fries were long cut and perfectly done. The same goes for their fried cauliflower. Everything was hot, fresh and amazing. Note. Barbara was our cashier and gave us an extra plate since we were sharing. It's wonderful to be treated like a guest. Last but not least the decor and dining area were ultra clean and welcoming. We will be back to try their rolls, tacos and maybe their brownies. Great place and very reasonably priced with high quality food and service.“
“Last time I was here the kitchen was closed for renovations. Usually their food is great and I can eat it but this time they only had sandwiches pre-made in a cooler. What really impressed me is after I purchased I saw that everything had a warning that it was processed on machinery that processes shellfish. I'm deathly allergic. The staff were so kind and got me a refund for the food even though I was the one not paying attention. That kind of service deserves a kudos.If you like sweet drinks and coconut I recommend the shark attack. It's the one thing I could get yesterday and my favorite thing to get.“

I never really expect much from Albuquerque food places as majority of the time it’s a disappointment and waste of money. NOT THIS PLACE!!! The quality of fries you receive here are by far better than any other place, it’s not your regular skinny, soggy, no flavor, no topping fries. Let’s dive in to it,Atmosphere - Walking into the bang bang fries it’s like walking into a hole in the wall with old school booths and a lot of history. Lighting was dim which created a great ambience something out of a John wick movie of hotel scenes.Menu options - Small options <8 items to choose from but that’s the part!!! There is an option to choose to build your own fries but i do not suggest that, as Taren current creations are just freaking amazing!! We ordered the Japanese Curry and Enchie Fries , sweet potato marshmallow and were not disappointed!!Quantity / Quality / Price - Its been a long time since I have encountered a place in Albuquerque especially after COVID that is off the charts in these 3 category. Quality of the food is top notch, the raw ingredients that goes into it are not your normal cheap Walmart brand frozen fries but something similar to 5 guys fries but better!! The chicken for the Japanese curry actually tasted like chicken and not all coated in flour!! Even half way through (15min in) demolishing our food I noticed that the fries were still crispy in the middle and actually had flavor still, this will probably due to how she layered the sauce from the bottom, middle, and top portion. I must admit if you are ever sad or disappointed in spending $$$ money on food or wasting all your calories on something this won’t disappoint. After everything we were still unable to finish two items for 4people.Return Date - 2-3 weeks. I rate restaurants not by stars but by when I would return to them for my next visit. You have heard of the expression I can eat this everyday but how many of us actually do so? In my books 2-3 weeks is the highest ranking I can give and be sure that I will be coming back with more friends to be trying the rest of the menu!!Albuquerque!!! One last word of advice get there before 6PM if you want to try this place because they SELL OUT QUICK!!!
