Fit & Fabulous Nutrition is a welcoming spot with a great location. Miss Rhonda, the owner, is so nice, warm, and vibrant. The staff treats everyone like family. The menu is great, with healthy shakes, one of a kind tea, and food. Highlights include the blueberry cheesecake smoothie, the turkey sausage waffle sandwich, and mini pancakes topped with fruit. The prickly pear tea is really refreshing. Prices are great, and there is always something new. One time people were painting, another time they were doing cardio together. It is a ton of fun. The place is so encouraging and deserves an award. It is perfect for everybody and has plenty of options for any diet.
