When we ate at Five Guys, the employees were amazing. Super efficient and kind. We ate our meals and were on our way out. My wife had just refilled her drink, and on her way out 2 managers walked out from the office. A white male and a Hispanic male, and they both decided to stop and turn to the workers who had, JUST stopped working and he said "do I need to find something for you to do or are you working?" I found it very demeaning and very rude. Who know what the managers were doing, maybe they should learn to speak more kindly to workers who are doing all they can to provide great customer service. Maybe the manager should've asked the customers if everything was okay and if they needed anything instead of assuming the workers didn't do anything. They had just finished helping everyone in the store. I am super disappointed in the management there. Hopefully the way they are working on the way they treat these workers who are doing their very best. Such rude management.

The food is still tasty, but the prices have gone up dramatically. Over $50 for three of us to have burgers. Two of those were small cheeseburgers. One bacon cheeseburger, a small Cajun fry, regular small fry, and one soda (two waters.)Service is counter order and pickup. I was happy to see the peanuts have been brought back after that ended during the pandemic.While we like this place, it will be a rare visit.

First time trying Five Guys after hearing great things about it and it was AWFUL. Insanely over priced for the quality of food/atmosphere. Awful customer service. Was expecting the great fries they’re known for, only to get soggy cold fries. 2 burgers and drinks for $54.00. Ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money and don’t bother dining here. Lesson learned.

Manager is rude (guy in black shirt, clean shave, super obese guy, only way i could describe him) .Went the previous night, placed an order there, manager looked to have been training someone and making the order, he’s training people as well as making orders incorrectly, he probably shouldn’t be training. We decided to go for a remake, talked to him, basically got shooed away, very disrespectfully, only offered a refund of what had been missing. Mindfully, I only get to enjoy one meal like this a week. Paying $40 to just have my order wrong, and not enjoy what i actually order. Then to go back and have the manager be disrespectful is pretty sad & disappointing.Other than the poor service from the disrespectful manager. The Hispanic gentleman, he had some facial hair, kinda tall (didn’t get his name either), but His customer service was outstanding, very nice, sad part is, he’s the only one who offered to remake the order when gone back.. not even the manager had a care to give as he did, looks like you have the wrong person in management position there.
Service is sooo slow. 30 minutes wait for a couple of burgers we ordered online 10 minutes before showing up.Store isn’t even busy.

Great burgers. My fiancé has an autoimmune disorder and can't have a lot of different food. She's on the AIP diet and even though most places say their patties are just beef, only 5 guys and grassburger don't give her a reaction. Both are great about doing lettuce wraps, but here you get much more for your money.Dietary restrictions: Can do lettuce wraps and their patties are just beef, unlike other burger places that always give my fiancé a reaction. However they cook it is perfect.

Dont think your order will be ready when it says it is if you order online. I waiting 10 min after it said it was ready and they were in no rush to complete it. Not good when you only have 30 min for lunch ?
