I dined here with a friend and had a mostly positive experience. We arrived right at our 5 PM reservation and were greeted and seated right away. The staff was friendly and attentive at first, though as the restaurant got busier, we saw our waiter less and less. The food quality was very good, and while I felt the portions could have been slightly larger for the price, I was still pleased with my meal.

My friend, however, was disappointed with their dish—it was described as a lamb dish but had very little lamb, mostly sauce and veggies. Fortunately, our waiter was kind enough to replace it with something more satisfying, which was much appreciated.

Overall, the food was great but definitely on the pricier side. Still, I’m glad I got to visit and enjoy the ambiance, which made for a nice evening.

5 stars is inadequate— 10 stars please. Impeccable service, exquisitely delicious food— I could enjoy and be wowed by @frenchishabq several times a week, it’s that #memorable. Celebrated lavishly tonight to honor a BFF’s passing— Frenchish was his favorite and always thrills! TYSM for indulging our late stay ?

The food was absolutely delicious! I got the crispy duck, and was surprised to learn it could be cooked medium rare! I've never tasted duck like it before, it almost tasted like steak! Wonderful.

Service was also great - we were told ahead of time that the duck takes a little longer to cook than most meals, so we were prepared to wait, which was considerate. They were very attentive. We were also about 20 minutes late to our reservation and they were very gracious about it.

However, both my husband and I were underwhelmed with the contrast between "high scale prices and portions" and "low-mid scale atmosphere". If you want fine dining without having to dress up or be fancy, this is for you. But for me, if I'm spending almost $40 on my entree alone (which was small enough to wipe the plate clean), I would like to at least have a hostess who isn't dressed in a flannel and jeans, and maybe have some visual separation between the kitchen and eating space.

Found this little spot when I was in Albuquerque for business. Fantastic service! The staff are willing to help you with wine pairing if you need it. Try the "snacks" for starters. The Manhattan cocktail is small but potent! The duck is excellent. The menu and wine list are small but interesting. Be sure to come early or make reservations, as this is a cozy place.

Was very much looking forward to my first meal at Frenchish! Went with my good friend who has eaten there a number of times and said it is just fabulous.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed in the halibut, which again, my friend said was fabulous when she’d last had it. I guess they do it different each time and this time it was three overcooked halibut “fingers”, (frozen? Pre-formed?) dry as a bone. On a bed of cold corn kernels, and chopped up cucumber with an OK.aiole. $35. Terribly disappointing. Probably won’t be back. They were nice though, and comped us our wine.

Second time for a dinner here in the last nine months. The menu is creative, dishes are not large, taste and ingredients are the focus. Excellent wine suggestions are also not too expensive. Decor is contemporary. You may have to park a little way from this Route 66 street location.

We hadn't been here in a while, even though we always mean to go. They have a small menu, which isn't a bad thing, but everything we had was delicious. We sat at the bar and had a great time with the super friendly bar tender. Don't miss out on this Nob Hill gem.

We ordered a couple of items to share, the burger came out raw. It was sent back and the new burger also came out raw. At that point we canceled the burger and the organic chicken dish to move on to Fan Tang next door.

A must eat restaurant in ABQ. They do an amazing job at this restaurant in Nob Hill. The food is spot on and give diners lots of options. From the more adventurous dishes to the skinny burger, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is friendly, attentive & knowledgeable about the food and all around great. The wine list is concise and offers something for everyone and they now offer a cocktail program. ? highly recommended.

Vegetarian options: Chef Jennifer has always had a strong grasp of vegetarian cuisine and puts heart into providing options for people.

Found small curly hairs in my food and got a drink dumped on me. Waiter was extremely rude.
