Based on the reviews, Waffletopia offers a mix of self-service and dine-in vibes with three kinds of seating: cozy indoor seating by the fireplace, outdoor seating in the sun, and a peaceful garden seating area. The food is quality and delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the blueberry lavender waffles, apple cobbler, gluten free blue corn waffle with fried chicken, biscuits and gravy waffle, blueberries on blue corn waffles with a side of honey, blue corn lavender waffles, biscuits (waffle) & gravy, and huevos rancheros waffles with Xmas. The Mocha Mexicana is highly recommended. The blueberry dish has a corn-waffle base that really elevated the flavors, and the apple cobbler is seasonal and an absolute must-try. The puff-pastry waffle base was incredible. The gluten free blue corn waffle is excellent, and adding honey to the blueberries on blue corn waffles is delicious. Customer service is excellent, and the cooks are great. However, no one answers the phone, and the restaurant closed its gates 30 minutes before closing for a to-go order.
