The fruit on top of the waffles were good! But the waffles were cold and hard. Takes like that had been made yesterday and then not even warmed up. Kinda sad for the price I would have thought the waffles would have at least been warm.
The waffles were soggy and cold, as well as the staff and service. Wait, I apologize, there is no service. You order at a counter like McDonalds and the only other time we saw anybody that worked there was when they pulled their fingers out of our food when dropping it off at the table. No follow up. I ordered chicken with waffles. The chicken had a weird smell and the waffles were kind of crispy at the ends. I asked if they can warm up my syrup. The girl in the front said no they cannot so she came back around the second time my daughter said well, can you please ask and she asked the guy that was delivering the plates he said yes he can, so she came back to my table and said it was going to be two dollars to warm up syrup! The food is quality and delicious. Customer service is excellent, and the cooks are great. However, no one answers the phone, and the restaurant closed its gates 30 minutes before closing for a to-go order.
