Frost Gelato ABQ Uptown

Good business for an American company. I live out of the country because of political reasons, and the quality is impeccable. God help the USA. I know most people never leave the USA, but there is an amazing world out there....it would open your eyes.

Great tasting Gelato!

Went in around 8pm, there were two people sitting at a table and two young girls working at the front. Gelato was good, we all enjoyed it. The space was clean. Only thing I can say is the two younger girls were very rude, we weren’t greeted, and when we were ordering their attitudes were very off. Very unfortunate.

A Big BUT: don't trust them to make a cake on time! We were celebrating two people's birthdays together so I went in person a week in advance. They took my order in detail and said they'd call me the next day. They DID not call. So two days later, I called back and they confirmed the time again. Then, when I showed up to pick up the cake, they told me the chef was gone and the cake wasn't ready. Luckily the employee was kind and helped offer some ice cream at that time instead so we don't show up at the party empty handed. But, it was disappointing we missed out on such an important occasion for our loved ones.

Still as good as it was 10 years ago around the time they had opened. Flavors are as good as I remember. Loved being able to sit inside even with it being colder out.

Soooooooo good! Super dope. I had the Raffaello flavor and it didn’t disappoint. Haven’t had anything better ice cream wise, y’all the GOATS. Bryan was extra chill and explained when I had questions. Sampled a few flavs before deciding on this one. Thanks!

Absolutely love this place! Best gelato I had. Great flavors! We usually come to Frost 4-5 times per year and it never disappoints. Try peach, pineapple or coconut.

The cheese ice cream was delicious. Lots of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and answered my questions.

We visit this location often, and every time Jaylen (the girl with the blue hair) has helped us, she’s been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She’s one of the reasons we enjoy coming in. Just wanted to share our positive experiences as well :)
