Amazing service at first. then when i discovered hair in my food and tried to exchange it, the manager quickly grew aggravated and rude. I understand that all sales are final but he wouldnt even offer an exchange of food or a remake. He also denied there was even anything in my food when the hair clearly pointed out by my coworkers. Overall, shitty experience and the orange chicken is mid.

I was totally surprised by this place. I never had Japanese tea. It was good. We try a couple items. It was delicious. I will definitely be going back. The gentleman who helped us was very nice. He not only suggest items but even let us sample what we wanted. Very courteous. Don't let the menu fool you. The food is good. Try it and see for yourself!

Food is amazing. Been going there since I was a kid, about 25 years now. Went there on January 2nd for my birthday. Had reservations at 6:30, didn’t get seated until 7:20. Service was terrible, from the front lady to the waitresses’. Very sad. Wouldn’t even give it a full star maybe a quarter star :(

Last Saturday I ordered chicken shrimp teriyaki and orange chicken. The shrimp had a very strange texture and the meal had no flavor. Some of the veggies were still cold. The orange chicken was still partially frozen inside. Worst Asian food!
Tastes worse than dog food. Boiled chicken reheated on a grill. Mushy rice, uncooked mushrooms. Totally nasty.

The mall is nice. And their rice is very good. As for the service... They weren't very helpful nor kind. Getting the drinks were not very accessible and we had to get it ourselves. The man taking our order was not kind. Smiled the whole time but was very rushful when we were trying to see what they had, as it was our first time there and didn't say anything when our food was done.

I was very thirsty and tried to buy a bottle of water. It's a small Costco bottle of water. $1.50. I took out my credit card. The cashier worker was about to take my credit card, but the owner came out and told her to refuse to take my card. Then the owner made the cashier step aside, while he came up to me to say cash only. I had a dollar and offered it, but he refused saying it's a dollar fifty. I offered my credit card, and he refused. He told me to go away and that he will not give me any water. I walked to the next counter for the Paleta bar. They have Aquafina water for $1. I finally got some water! Fuji Japan is super rude, terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
