We had the Mothers Day buffet and it was horrible. It was 34.95 a person there was only 6 items to choose from plus omelets the salad was basically nonexistent and the fruit wasn’t ripe. The bacon was thrown in a deep fryer so it was so greasy the sausage was full of grease and the waffles were gross

What a hot mess. After traveling for 14 hours we wanted a relaxing dinner in the hotel. I’d read the mixed reviews but thought we’d take our chances.
1) we made reservations on open table. They were canceled because of Cinco de Mayo🤔
2 ) well we walked into a half empty restaurant
3) order was taken in a timely fashion, food was slow coming out and order was full of mistakes.
4) Server had a fit was rude to other tables and got fired. Which she promptly came over crying to each table.
5) Manager comped meal, but we had to pay for drinks. Took 4 tries to get correct bill.
6) 8 pm and restaurant was empty.

So much for a relaxing meal. It needs all new management. Front of the house needs attention.

First of all, my husband and I had a reservation for 7. Upon checking in with the hostess at 657, we were told we can't be seated until 7. The hostess was not welcoming at all. Once seated, at 715, our waitress was sweet and took our order. Our food came out and my husband's enchiladas tasted horrible due to the meat being scorched. My order came out wrong and had to be sent back. We cancelled our food and left.

I remember going to this place as a kid and I loved it. My family and I went last night and it was a horrible experience. Our waitress took awhile to take our drink order, took over 20 minutes to bring out our queso and then took another 30 minutes to bring out our food. My steak fajitas were burnt and beans and rice were cold. Then the waitress took another 20 minutes to bring out my check which I actually had to go up to her and ask for it then another 10 minutes to collect it. We won’t be going back.

We have a standing joke about Gardunos variability. This particular afternoon was a hit. But what topped it off was our server, Rebekah. She was on the ball, friendly and conversant. There was a lot of table crosstalk while we were ordering and she didn't miss a thing. We've been Gardunos customers for over 30 years and hope this location can get their stuff together to maintain consistency.

The food is great. There was a bartender with a poor bedside manner. Margaritas are good. But when they put salt on the rim, they need to make sure there isn’t a pile at the bottom of the glass. Makes the last bit really unenjoyable.

Beautiful restaurant. The food was great! I had the steak tacos and I found them to be really good. I loved the flavor of the fresh salsa! The fried ice cream was a delicious treat

Holy Guacamole! Enjoyed the amazing sizzling steak fajitas. The steak is tender and flavorful. Love that the onions and peppers are a little charred.

The restaurant's name has a special place in the heart of anyone who's lived in Albuquerque. It is certainly in a beautiful hotel lobby! The service was attentive but a bit slow. I ordered their massive bowl of red chile. When I got the beef option, I was expecting carnitas. It was indeed a massive bowl but was essentially red enchilada sauce topped with ground beef and the trimmings they promised. The dish tasted very good! The waitress was also kind enough to bring me the tortilla and beans that the menu said were supposed to come with a dish, when I asked for them.
