I used to love ordering food from neighbors, but the service and quality have gone down tremendously in the last year. The restaurant hardly ever answers the phone, they forget to call and turn off orders for door dash and Grubhub if they don’t want to get the orders, so customers think they can order to go and then it is canceled more than an hour later after being charged. Then for no one to answer at the restaurant, what a joke. This is the 4th time in 3 months I have had issues with this place, and I will not be going back to give them another chance. Take your business elsewhere as the management does not seem to care anyway or the other. Not answering the phone is a big indicator you are understaffed and struggling.... Food used to be so good when they first opened and for a few years me and my family called this our local favorite place, but it has really gone downhill. Very sad as this was one of the only local options in the area.

Worst service ever. Sat for nearly 20 minutes with no staff coming by at all. Only attention we had was someone pass by saying our server would be there shortly, 10 minutes later no one came and we left. Not busy at all minus the small karaoke group.

Did They change management ?Service was overall BAD, from being told where we had to sit, despite others not being told, to our unattentive, slow server, she vanished, Other tables that came in after us were being served their food before us, ( White sweatshirt, purple hair other servers wore their Neighbors T-Shirts) she really woke at the end when it came to tip time though - BADFood I ordered the fish and chips ( I've had them before and liked them)The plate looked odd and tasted odd, the first piece was not very big and tasted old tan in color not golden out of a fryer. What was supposed to be the second piece was 2 smaller square gray in color pieces and they tasted and looked worst than the first one. Not sure if these were found in the back of the freezer floor, but apparently some one found it funny to serve it as fish - HorribleAmbiance was basically the sameI will share this with everyone and we will not come back,It's a shame before this we liked the food and service not sure why there wasn't any management guiding these kids on this Friday, from the Front to the kitchen it was really BAD.

I really wanted to give it five stars, but they had some short comings. Overall food i thought was great. I ordered the hangover and Tatter tots loaded. Both tasted great. Wife had fish and chips and the batter on the fish was very light and tasted amazing. I did order a flight of beers because I wanted to try all their cider beers and i was not disappointed. (Of course they only had 5 of the 8 listed on the menu) But besides that I still tried other beers into the mix. The one down side for the food was the big knotted chunk of hair in my nieces hamburger. They did take it back right away an remake it. They also took it off my ticket. So I think they did the right thing, but... it wasn't just a small hair which we all know can happen, it was a big knotted junk of hair. Our server was very nice and was great taking our order, she seemed to be less attentive to us. (Maybe I am used to being checked on more) They even split my parents plate so they each didn't have to share of one plate which I thought was very nice of them to do this. I think overall I would still recommend coming here and trying the food out. Next time I am back here i will probably come back again.

Service is always great. Food is hit or miss. Got the Philly CHEESE steak, but they were very skimpy on the cheese yet it was still greesy as heck. Best thing on the menu is the cheese wedges.Update Jan 2024. $16 for the worst Old Fashion I've ever had...way too sweet!
