Great ice cream and jam. It's no wonder this place is a local favorite. I recommend get the ice cream flight so you can have four flavors.

We were driving through town on our way back to Colorado and wanted ice cream on route. I looked up Best ice cream in Albuquerque and Heidi’s was just off 25. We were so happy with our choice as the ice cream was delicious and made right there on site. The flavors are more gourmet, all the flavors we tested were delicious. They were happy to let us try several flavors. We all got waffle cones and 2 flavors. I loved the butter pinion nut and chocolate I had. Will definitely stop by next time I am in Albuquerque.

The ice cream and sorbet flavors were simply divine. They offer scoops, or you can take pints home with you, like we did. The shop is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, so perhaps make sure you’re there during daylight hours. But you will not be disappointed!

Went by this location and servers were awesome and friendly, ice cream was amazing, just the worker was not wearing gloves and handled my order right after the next customer, Fingers dipping in my ice cream. And to top it off I paid cash did not even wash hand to serve the next person.

Nice relaxing entry patio that doubles as a great place to sit and enjoy the DELICIOUS in house made treats! Sample available and they use real spoons to minimize waste! We got matcha mint, vanilla, chocolate and a strawberry mint sorbet! The ingredients really come out in flavor and they DO NOT USE ARTIFICIAL FOOD DYES! 10/10 recommend customer service was phenomenal! And little humor for the bathrooms tackle the real issue at hand …. People not washing their hands 😂😅

Heidi's Ice Cream is a true hidden gem in Albuquerque's industrial area—and absolutely worth seeking out. If you're looking for a dessert experience beyond the usual, look no further. This is gourmet ice cream at its finest, defined by its innovative flavors and perfect execution.
My wife and I both opted for the flight of four flavors, which I highly recommend for tasting their range. I was blown away by the balance of my choices: the Raspberry Sorbet was bright and clean, the Earl Grey was subtly aromatic, and the Brown Butter Piñon was a rich, nutty masterpiece. My wife loved the creamy intensity of the Triple Chocolate Brownie Chip and the unique tang of the Crème Fraiche Blueberry. Every single flavor hit that perfect note of sweetness—never overwhelming, just right.
A huge bonus is that the waffle cones are freshly made right there, which adds an incredible, warm crunch to the experience.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Dimitri, the owner/operator, who is clearly passionate about his craft. He was super friendly, helpful with suggestions, and elevated the entire visit. The shop itself is cute, clean, and welcoming.
Don't let the industrial location fool you; this is a must-visit for any ice cream aficionado. With easy side-street parking available, Heidi's is now our go-to spot for a quality dessert craving.

I visited this places and I absolutely loved it. I had a scoop of butter piñon and one of adobe road and they were amazing together. The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more flavors.

Unique flavors which are made on-site. Worth the quick drive off I-10. The house made cones are thin and crispy. They do have basic vanilla, chocolate and coffee for more traditional flavors.
