The food, drinks, and service was amazing!
Had a great experience during the extended soft launch. Was greeted by a well dressed fellow that I think was the GM or maybe the owner. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. I think her name was Morgan. She went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. The food was another highlight. We ordered 3 entrees and everything was excellent. The star, though, was the burger and fries. It is a blend of ground beef and chorizo. Unique and very tasty!

Y’all! I went to Hollow Spirits heights for the soft opening today and it was fantastic! I got the carne asada tacos that comes with an elote corn on the cob that was delicious. I was pretty bummed out when I heard bosque was closing because I really loved going there, but I am very happy that hollow is who took this place. I think they are a great addition to the neighborhood and will definitely be visiting often.
