Horrible. Ordered a lemonade and under the lid there was floating flys with wings torn off in the top of the lemonade. Absolutely disgusting. No refund just offered more lemonade. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’m not sure of the girls name that took my order today but she did have a red rose tattoo on her arm. But let me tell you she was the sweetest ever! I have been having a horrible day and she literally turned it around by smiling and thanking me for being patient will she got my order ready. She told me about the promotions and the $3 refill with the large drink cup!

I am disappointed at the behavior of this establishment so I will leave a detailed review.We attempted to eat at this chain one more time after my husband andI were done shopping at Cottonwood mall.Unfortunately, the staff this evening 9/25/22 were unprofessional and dismissive.I found out the establishment also only took cash after waiting and then getting to the front of the line. The sign on the counter was not visible until you get to the register.I then told the cashier I had to go get cash from my husband.I then waited in line again.When it was my turn to order next I heard manager and worker discuss (in front of me) that it was time to cut off the line after “these”.I stepped forward thinking they meant after those behind me and myself in front.I was then told by the cashier that I could not be served because the mall would be closing soon.So they refused a person who waited in line 2x before closing time.When I told them (kindly) that it was not closing time and reminded him that I waited in line 2x for cash, the teen worker smirked and said that he was serious and basically dismissed me.This is why I prefer establishments where young people learn to serve, show kindness and respect. Not laugh and be rude.This manager and cashier could benefit from utilizing the training of establishments like ChikFil-a.The workers at this place have terrible work ethic and personal skills. This makes me wonder what other ways they cut corners and do not follow through. Not to mention the whole NO Credit Cards/Cash Only.Unpleasant experience.

Son wanted this and I Sushi. He got a hot dog and pepper Jack on a stick. He liked both and we both grabbed an OG lemonade and still like I remember from the mall days of the 80's just missing Jay and Silent Bob. Staff was very friendly and overall we had a great experience

These hot cheetos cheese sticks were actually really good ? ? I ordered them online and just went inside the mall to pick them up. Even though they took like 10 mins longer then what the estimated pick up time was then when we gor back to the car and I took a big bite it was a corn dog! Blah it was disgusting yucky ? I don't eat hot dogs so I had to go back into the mall thankfully I hadn't left yet and tell them there mistake then the girl tried to say that they don't offer the cheese sticks with the hot cheetos when I clearly ordered them that way and my receipt had it as well the male worker corrected her super quick and made my cheese sticks with hot cheetos! Soo bomb! I would probably eat it again but I would probably get the American cheese better, it just melts different lol! Definitely recommend! 9 out of 10!
