If you’re looking for a good time, look no further. Ihatov has the best bread and coffee, not to mention croissants, this side of the Mississippi. Paris? Nah. Go to Ihatov.

Nice selection of freshly made sourdough breads, sweet and savory pastries, including holiday stollen and challah perfect for Christmas. They do slice bread when asked which is a plus. Excellent espresso drinks. Cafe has indoor and outdoor sitting areas, though waiting area can get crowded quickly. Easy to park in adjacent parking lot or street parking.

Baked goods rather mediocre across the board.
Fantastic bakery serving a variety of beautiful worldwide breads, pastries and excellent coffee served in adorable coffee cups. Popular hotspot where the croissant and pastry varieties sell out quickly. Grab what you’d like early as they will not be restocked. A handful of interior tables along with window bar seating and an outdoor patio. Parking lot and street parking available for convenience. Friendly staff and lively atmosphere filled with life’s chatter.

Ihatov is a bustling bakery with great great pastries and a nice ambiance, like coffee shops used to be. I highly reccomend a half loaf the pepper pear bread.

so happy that ihatov is part of the ABQ bakery and coffee scene! delicious pastries and quality drinks (some unique offerings as well, like the new + delicious hojicha latte!) in a homey, warm environment perfect for chilling with a book or laptop or just dropping in and out on your way to the next stop. grinding coffee, chatting patrons and a relatively small-but-charming space leave it a bit loud and bustling, but in the coziest and most positively energetic way :)

Great place for baked goods. Inside is pretty quiet, outside not so much (obviously due to traffic)

Was discriminated against working here because, “ I worry you won’t fit into the culture”, because of my skin color. Businesses like this think they are elevated but are ignorant. Owned by immigrants, you would think they understand being outside but assimilation makes a fool out of the weak.

All the good looked burnt. Got some to try anyway and yeah over cooked and burnt. Not to my liking.

This place is spectacular…… the service was great—attentive and helpful. The ambiance is wonderful—great seating inside and outside…. a fire place to boot. Even being on more of major road it never felt loud. Great in-house dishes if you choose to stay. The facility is very clean and well put together. And the smell of the fresh baked goods is permeating throughout!
Now the pastries….. oh my god!!!!!!! The texture, the flavor, the selection. Magnificent! Great mix of sweet and savory to choose from. I got this peach thing—it’s was crisp and flakey, buttery texture to your lips, burst of fresh peach…absolutely magnificent. If I lived locally, I would be here allllll the time! 10/10
