Amazing bread and the best cappuccino I've had in a very long time! The bread is handmade and excellent! The croissant was divine!

Nice place but expected better. Quite expensive. Got a cappuccino and it was super small. Cinnamon roll tasted overdone.

Delicious bread and coffee are served here. The service was excellent, too. I really liked the honey hibiscus tea. I will return again in the near future.

Some of the best bread I've ever had. My first, but nowhere near my last chocolate croissant. Sourdough baguette was to die for. Will absolutely hit this place up next time I'm in Albuquerque.
Perfect! Bread is amazing! Breakfast muffin has just the perfect amount of sweet. My husband compared his chocolate crescent to ones he had had inFrance! I will be going back!!!

A beautiful little spot with Japanese influences and an incredibly skilled baker (bakers?). Delicious, a breath of fresh air. We will be back again!!

Amazing quality and friendly service!! Didn't even get pictures of the food because it was devoured too quickly. Limited seating inside, but during the warmer months they have a lovely patio to enjoy the weather. Very traditional and limited coffee options, but after tasting the croissants and butter biscuits, the baked goods are all you need to buy here.
Ihatov was recommended to me for their breads and pastries, and when I called them, they graciously agreed to and even seemed excited to bake 30 chocolate croissants for my French class on National Croissant Day. They were delicious and a blessing to my students. The staff at Ihatov are friendly and joyful. I highly recommend stopping in, this is a wonderful establishment.

I had the egg salad sandwich and a coldbrew. Both were excellent and I will be going back to try other sandwiches and the chocolate croissant.

Why do you burn all your pastries and quiche? There is nothing pretty or tasty about it! Get a clue...no one likes to eat food that is burnt to a crisp! It's gross!
