What can I say about this place that was good? The coffee yep the coffee was good. Food was decent. Service??? Questionable. The staff was friendly under the circumstances. Only 3 servers (but only two of them were actually serving) and the place was busy! We rarely order an appetizer and it came out with our meal! Hire more staff!!!

Service (and food delivery) was very slow. Pancakes were cold (probably sitting for too long) and it wasn't even busy. Folks were nice and the rest of the meal was solid. Might've been a bad day. May come back and give them another chance.

Worst IHOP in the city, the level of service it’s bad and has always been bad. Not enough staff to cover clientele and the cooks don’t know what they doing. I’ve tried to give them a chance again and was fail. There were only 2 tables with customers and the chef and the waitress just argued back and forth because orders keep being made wrong. 30 min after waiting I was informed my food wasn’t available. My wife’s food sat there for 40 min without being send to the table. 1 hr in we gave up and left ... went to another ihop and within 15 min food was serve and we enjoyed... the picture here represents the only item I got in the period of 1 hr .... stay away from this location.

This place is mismanaged in my opinion. They can't seem to find employees. Had to wait 10 minutes to get seated even though half the tables were open. The sun was blasting my back and that window was missing the sun blind that supposed to pull down for shade. We got our silverware and were informed they didn't have any butter knives clean. Our spoons were teaspoons. We won't be going back .

On a busy night: one heavy set African American who walks slower than my grandma was coughing all over the food and he was eating and licking bowls and plates in the back it was so disgusting. The food looked even worse. Omelette with no cheese melted and suppose to be big was tiny: Shriveled burnt sausages, dry pancakes. I don't see how this IHOP is in business it's the most nastiest service I've ever witnessed in my life.

This place was absolutely and utterly disgusting. By no means would we ever step foot in here again. Immediately sat but their menus were full of food and syrup. Their service was beyond awful. My husband ordered an omelet, extra side of sausage, and pancakes. I ordered chicken and waffles. Come to find out their waffle iron was broken. Replaced it with pancakes. We did order the sampler. That should of been our first clue. The onion rings tasted so old. We continued to wait for the remainder of our food. Took 38 minutes. When it arrived, we immediately lost our appetite. The entire time we waited for our food our server was in the server station licking bowls, coughing, eating and never washed his hands. When he delivered our food, he coughed right on my husbands pancakes and still set them on the table. Didn't skip a beat. We informed him our food looked awful and not appetizing. He said, "ok "And walked towards the computer. Waited another 5 minutes before he disappeared. We left, needless to say, and will never return. Please save your money and your health. Worst part is, 9 months pregnant and my appetite was completely gone.

It just took awhile to be seated. Felt ignored. Maybe understaffed but not my problem. Saw a few customers waiting and seated themselves. Took awhile to take there order. Food cooked and brought to table amazingly quick. Just waiting to be seated and us not being the only ones. Food was great!

So this restaurant has lies in the menu . The pancakes the Menu says real whipped butter . I asked it is not real butter . What a shame I hop used to be such a good restaurant. Quality will draw people !

The service was great. The food was mediocre! I prefer my own green chili and cheese and bacon and eggs. I didn't get to the all you can eat pancakes part of the combos.

This place is progressively getting worse. They were out of butter, orange juice, ice cream, and sour cream. I waited an hour for my food when I got it, it was a disappointment. Tasted awful and the ham was cold. I could hear the cook shouting "I can't help it we're out of butter". There was one cook and one waitress. It's time to close this location down.
