Ordered the chicken chow mein, spare ribs, beef tendon, shrimp har gau, and custard buns. Everything was good except one gripe with the noodles. The noodles itself was cold and a tad undercooked. Tossing it in the wok for another 45 seconds to a minute would have been perfect. Flavor was great though, with a touch of sweetness and umami from the wok hei.

Service was good and the ambiance was great as well, with a more modern take on decor when compared to the traditional chinese furnishings. Will be back again next time we're in ABQ.

Good food, but hey charge you for every drink though. No refills. Boooo. Waitress had my dying of thirst, I had to go chase her down to get another.

“The food here is absolutely delicious, and the flavors are truly authentic. Every dim sum dish tasted fresh and well-prepared, just like the traditional Cantonese morning tea I remember. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for real, flavorful Cantonese cuisine!

In short, Dimsum is far from the par of standard domain shop in terms of of Cantonese or Taiwanese.
Environment is clean and luminous. Plenty of room to sit. A bit of noise sometimes raised because of the kids with parents. The tie fried noodle with beef is 60/100 with minimum flavor on the beef. I can still taste the rawness and the texture isn’t good. Other than that there is no points added for other dishes such like cold rice cake and badly steamed veggies.

I have no idea why this Chinese veggie only has stalk without leaves. The sweet rice cake is cold (like out of fridge mixed with other flavors…) Anyway, fried beef noodles is tasty

Excellent food and delicious pastries at an affordable price! The menu has offerings for adventurous diners like chicken feet as well as dishes like chicken fried rice.

4.5, for real. Stand out dishes in my first visit were the exquisitely crispy spring rolls and the daikon cakes. Egg tarts were also excellent. Dining alone, I didn't order as widely as I will in a visit with others (gotta get that broccoli dish next time) but I did eat lunch and then order more for snacks later.... Some black vinegar with ginger on the table would be nice - I'll definitely be back again!

There's not much Dim Sum in Albuquerque. I know of only one other place that sells it, and their quality has gone way downhill. This place, by contrast, still serves great, high quality food. I've seen other reviews complain about the prices, and while they are a little on the high side it is well worth it to get food that is otherwise impossible to get in this city. Definitely the best Dim Sum in Albuquerque right now.
