Ordered the chicken chow mein, spare ribs, beef tendon, shrimp har gau, and custard buns. Everything was good except one gripe with the noodles. The noodles itself was cold and a tad undercooked. Tossing it in the wok for another 45 seconds to a minute would have been perfect. Flavor was great though, with a touch of sweetness and umami from the wok hei.

“The food here is absolutely delicious, and the flavors are truly authentic. Every dim sum dish tasted fresh and well-prepared, just like the traditional Cantonese morning tea I remember. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for real, flavorful Cantonese cuisine!

I have no idea why this Chinese veggie only has stalk without leaves. The sweet rice cake is cold (like out of fridge mixed with other flavors…) Anyway, fried beef noodles is tasty
