As of this reveiw, they are consistently out of drink flavors. They consistently take a long time to take an order even when they aren't busy. The tables are dirty and you'll be standing there at the counter upwards of five minutes just waiting for somebody to come up and take your order. And they often get your order wrong.

The guy at the window tried to double charge me for my food and wouldn't let me see the receipt to verify what he was charging me for. Don't trust this location. Especially the round guy with a thick accent.

Came by tonight to order a quick meal on my way home and found the lobby locked down -- at 7:50pm on a Saturday night. How are you even still in busness? (FYI: I watched multiple other people try to get into the lobby as I sat in my car writing this review. All while staff inside looked on.)

We walked in decided what we were gonna order in like two minutes all the workers was just looking at us and making a burger and fries there wasn’t much guest there when we got there there was only one lady in the place and 2 at drive thu so we waited for them to ask for are order like 15 mins wait buy still there just loooking around just so my husband says are you guys close or something the lady in all back says no my Husband says will can we order are food ?? She says yes so she finally takes ate order after 20 mins of just waiting there not cool at all horrible service.

I order through the app to save time, I show up after the pick up time, they still don't have the food ready, they tell me to park in numbers that are already parked in and I have (on more than 1) occasion had to get down because they never brought my food to me.

Im not certain the scam truthfully but everytime I have ordered over here they have messed up my order and replaced it with a lesser costing item on the menu. Everytime. I have worked as a store manager in the restaurant industry and am completely taken back by how they are getting away with this. Also worth noting the manager is the one taking my order and he throws my receipt away everytime he gives me the wrong order.
Went through the drive thru it was fast and no issues. The last time I was there I was inside ended up leaving without ordering. I was very impressed 👍🏻 this time.

Today I decided to stop by Jack in the Box, I really like eating there, but today I had a very bad experience, I ordered my food and explained to the person at the window several times what I wanted and how I wanted it, I could barely understand him, when I got to the window he hadn't put what I asked for, the hamburgers, and he hadn't charged me for a soda, I couldn't understand him very well, I got home and they gave me breakfast instead of a hamburger, I'm very disappointed and I won't be back for a long time.
