Ripped me off! Shorted my large order by 2 meals and I didn't notice it until I got home. So I'm not eating tonight so I can give my meals to my kids. They promised everything was there. Before I left I even waited extra so they could get it together.

Horrible service EVERY DAMN TIME!!! I'm sick of their employees being so incapable of getting ONE f'ing order correct!!! It's not that HARD!!! I gave you the entire order beforehand. Drive thru mobile order pickup. Not smooth. They forgot my drink the first go through and when I bit into my sandwich I lost my appetite! Egg shell. Not a tiny piece..the size of two teeth! Gross. Go to another location

Yum! I just got breakfast this morning, and it was delicious! The best part is no wait in drive through. I would take that as a bad sign, but no, the breakfast was really delicious. I'll definitely return again for their breakfast. The only complaint is that it took a bit of time, but I'm sure the stoves had to be turned on and warmed up first. Oh, and I didn't receive any utensils to eat my reasonably priced, big breakfast with (I had to act like the claw machine to eat my scrambled eggs). So, that kinda sucked. Easily trainable moment for staff. I don't walk around with a fork in my pocket.... anymore. But the food was really delicious. Hats off to the chef!

Visited the drive thru on this occasion. The person taking the order was friendly. (I've been inside this location before and the tables and floors don't look too bad but certainly not super clean). The recommendation was the new "Smash" burger with bacon. Sadly the burger was very greasy, not juicy beef, but rather very greasy. The sauce used was nothing exciting either and altogether the presentation was lacking and the taste was certainly over salty. The fries did not seem super fresh either unfortunately. The whole combo was $16 and change. There are other options in that price range that have better taste and presentation for both the burger and fries. Customer service gave this visit a 2.5 otherwise it sadly would've been a 2 ⭐ rating.
