My daughter is currently taking a class with Jan and she LOVES it! My daughter comes home each day, excited to share what she has learned and made (and we are all excited to eat it!!!). Jan is great with the kids and runs a structured class and is teaching real recipes and techniques. I’m so happy we found her!
We did a Thai cooking class with Jan. Not only was it delicious, but so much fun. She makes everything approachable and helped us use spices and ingredients we were too intimidated to use before. Cannot wait to do another class!
Jan is great! Her 6 week class has been amazing so far!
