I purchased cooking class tickets for my husband and me to celebrate our 8 year anniversary recently. We took the Cooking with Cast Iron class, since we've both always loved the idea of using a cast iron pan at home, but always felt intimidated by it. This class was amazing. We used cast iron in a variety of ways and Jan was eager to answer all of our cooking questions! We can't wait to take another class with her again soon!
The best cooking classes in Albuquerque! Jan does such a great job of orchestrating the class and keeping everyone involved. The class that my husband and I did was so much fun! We hope to return for another fun date night.
Jan is amazing as are all her foods & desserts! In July, she catered a birthday dinner party and in September another event… everything is always delicious at her service is exceptional.
