I've been coming to this Jason's Deli about once a week for the past 18 months since moving to Albuquerque (it's more convenient than some of the others even if it's farther away). Up until this week this Jason's Deli location has never disappointed. Sadly this week that was not the case. I ordered a cup of broccoli & cheese soup to go with my sandwich and the cup of soup was so runny and watery I had to pause to make sure I was actually eating what I ordered. Suffice it to say I did not finish eating the soup. It was unpalatable. Which was even more disappointing since Jason Deli's Broccoli & Cheese Soup is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming here. I'll still be back next week. This hasn't turned me off coming here but definitely this week was a disappointment. This was for lunch service on 5/20/2025.

I have gotten delivery multiple times and it has been wrong every time but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got the Carmela and it smelled like cat food as well as they did not give me my chips. The service it terrible everytime, please if you need a job don’t go into the food service if you can’t follow a receipt with a order on it and still proceed to get it wrong. Jason’s deli used to be my favorite place but now everything sucks. So save your money and go literally anywhere else.

We ordered salads for delivery. The build your own salad was massive!!! They did forget the chicken & avocado, but refunded it as soon as I called without any issue. Delicious!!!

Frustrating, but delicious. My daughter ordered a build your own sandwich and I had to send it back twice to get it right - the first time it had mustard when she asked for mayonnaise. The next sandwich came out cold with raw mushrooms (the request was grilled turkey and cheese with grilled mushrooms.) The manager we made it the second time and let me check it to ensure everything was right before I left. Her sandwich and my grilled rueben were amazing! I was really grateful for the manager who made sure our food was right before I left, excellent customer service! Also, incredible salad bar!

According to the menu, The Modern Med bowl comes with hummus and pita. The server brought the bowl without any pita. When I asked for the pita, she brought one little half circle about the size of 2 cucumber slices. It’s a disgrace to even mention the pita it was so small. Even the menu shows 2.
Also, at the cash register they had specials posted for 12/23 stating spend $25& get $5 credit to redeem later - but we didn’t see that until after we paid for our order. The cashier didn’t mention the special. My husband was waffling on upgrading his salad & would have done so if he was aware of the special. Why aren’t staff trained to mention specials?
I love the French Onion soup here, but the last 2 times I haven’t been happy. Weeks ago when I had it it had a lot of onion peel in the soup. I thought I would give it another try today. No onion peel but the soup was overly salty. I will come back but I just won’t order it again.

Always make sure to check your orders no matter how reassure the staff makes you. Place is known to miss parts of main entree or missing part of orders. Highly recommend buyer beware no matter the place
