Well I had a really great experience here at one point and a really bad experience here at one point so I guess I can say it's hit or miss I will give three stars as opposed to two because the sandwich itself was great both times unfortunately the service was great the first time but horrible the second time but I can say it wasn't enough to keep me from going here in the future

Absolutely love the Philly cheesesteak and green chili(the chili can be extremely hot sometimes). I think this place needs to get with Chick-fil-A to train their employees in customer service.

Went by to "cash in" on a FREE large Sub. First time, I have had a Philly Cheese steak. Enjoyed it very much ! Thank you. The lady and gentlemen behind the counter were nice. Went by after work Tuesday afternoon.

Steven was extremely friendly and super professional! He was patient with customers before us even when they weren’t listening to him, and he even went above and beyond to give the bathroom code without having to ask!Steven deserves to be called out for his excellent customer service!!

What a joke. Don’t you dare come in here not knowing the menu or being unfamiliar with their product. Nothing but attitude and huge lack of customer service from these two clowns. They were more interested in the football game they were watching than actually making a customer feel like the priority. First and last time. Shoulda known.

We ordered a regular size pepper steak sub, and BLT. And I have to say, I grew up around the Boston area where there's some pretty darn good local pepper steak subs, and this one competes strongly with them! It was a good portion and very yummy. They like to put jalapeños and hot peppers in it And maybe that's Albuquerque style, but I would back off just a bit to focus more on the meat and cheese. Excellent sub. My wife had the BLT, which she found very yummy and crisp and refreshing at the same time, and I had a bite, and it was quite good, not at all your father's boring your BLT. I phoned in the order and everything was easy breezy. Recommended!

Don't waste your time or money on these clowns. I actually got attitude because I couldn't hear what dude was asking me over their football game being turned up. Completely unprofessional and although it was my first time coming here, I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again!! What happened to customer service and jerks not treating you like your interrupting their party time? What a joke!!

The staff was in the middle of receiving a food truck but still made the time to get myself and my two sons food out fast great employeesKid-friendliness: Made my son's sandwiches just right for them
The servers are really quick and nice. You need a code for the bathroom, so you think it would be ok, it was icky. Other than the bathrooms I had a wonderful visit.My son recommended the #7 Mike's Way
Ordered a BLT and got bacon on bread for $6.45. We called and were told we had to order lettuce and tomato otherwise you just get bread.

Best roast beef, sandwich, ever!!I get it Mike's way with a ton more onions and a little mayo and I swear every time you take a bite, your eyes go back in your head!

Waited, then ordered a veggie sandwich. The clerk sliced meat, told their colleague it was mine. I stated I had ordered a veggie, the clerk stated he thought I ordered a 13. I said, no, I did order a veggie. The clerk seemed annoyed which is understandable, but unfortunately he misheard, then said he couldn't make a veggie. I left after this, also annoyed. Probably will not return to this location.
